What I Do
Since evey family and birth is unique, I offer a variety of doula services personalized for each birth experience. Regardless of what you choose, we will dive into your beliefs and expectations around labor and birth. Together, we will explore your physical and emotional strengths and limitations to ensure you are prepared. Please get in touch to learn more about the various services that I offer.
Prenatal Visits
During your prenatal visits we will discuss your unique birth plan, preferences, questions and concerns. I will provide evidence-based information on the stages of labor, interventions, birth, breastfeeding, and newborn care. We will practice pain management techniques such as meditation, rhythmic breathing, counter pressure, and rebozo. I will take time to get to know you and your family so that you feel safe and supported during before, during and after your birth.
Birthing Guidance
Get extra personal support throughout the entirety of your birthing journey. As a Doula, I promise to offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during, and after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and offer any support needed.
Continuous Labor Support
The birth of your child will be one experience you will never forget. When it is time for your baby to come earth-side, I will be there to give you continuous support and care within your chosen birth setting. I will assist you emotionally and physically while respecting your birth vision, providing evidenced-based information, and comfort techniques throughout your labor.
Postpartum Care Visit
During your postpartum care visit I will come with an open heart to help assist you with breastfeeding, healing, newborn care, cleaning, food preparation and processing your birth story. My goal is for you to feel heard, validated, and supported through this time.

2 Prenatal appointments to cover birth visions, preferences, birth education, postpartum care and comfort measures
Support via text/phone throughout pregnancy
24/7- On-call Support from 38 weeks until you give birth.
Continuous Labor Support within your chosen birth setting.
1 Postpartum Care Visit to help you with newborn care, breastfeeding support, and healing.
Extra Support Package
Includes Birth Doula Package plus:
Herbal Support for pregnancy and postpartum healing, and lactation. ($100+ value)
Enrollment in Childbirth Education Group Series ($375 value)
Choice of 1 additional Prenatal Appointment or 1 additional postpartum care visit. ($100+ value)
1 Homemade meal of your choice brought to you at your postpartum care visit.
